Roses

on

In summer’s embrace, the roses bloom,
Their petals unfolding, a fragrant costume.
Colors vibrant, in the sun’s warm glow,
A testament to nature’s radiant show.

But as the seasons dance and play,
Winter arrives, with skies of gray.
The roses now face a bitter chill,
Their vibrant beauty begins to still.

Once vibrant blooms now fade away,
As winter’s breath claims another day.
Silent whispers in the icy air,
Remind us of life’s transient affair.

Yet in this cycle, there’s beauty untold,
A reminder of nature’s story, so bold.
For when spring returns with warmth anew,
The roses shall bloom, once more to view.

So let us cherish each rose’s sweet breath,
Embrace the fleeting, the dance of life and death.
For in their journey, we find our own,
A reminder that beauty and impermanence are sewn.
